What the program includes:
1. Assessment of current level — coordination test, joint mobility, basic physical fitness. 2. Punching techniques with hands and feet — jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts; straight, side, and low kicks. 3. Defense and movement — slips, ducks, blocks, shuttle, turns. 4. Pad work or partner work (optional). 5. Functional training — explosive exercises, coordination, balance, core strengthening.
